1/48 B-52 STRATOFORTRESS
From HPH comes this monstrous kit of the American Cold War-era nuclear bomber, the Boeing B-52 Stratofortress, a.k.a. „the BUFF“ in a gigantic 1/48th scale! This kit is definitely not for the faint of heart or those looking for a relaxing weekend build. Parts for this kit come in many different materials, from fiberglass for the large surfaces like the fuselage and wings with resin parts for the smaller items and photo-etched metal detail parts as well.
Decal options includes one for the B-52H „Memphis Belle“ belonging to the 2nd Bombardment Wing based at Berksdale Air Force Base. This version of the kit is special for the Japanese market, with 3 optional detail sets (landing flap set, ALCM air launch cruise missile & launcher set, bomb & bomb rack set). When completed, the total length is about 101cm and the total width is about 117cm.
